Individual Sessions

I am currently in the process of launching an online session experience. If you're interested in virtual sessions, please reach out through the email form below and I will connect with you soon. 

 Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes. I offer a free, 30 minute initial consultation prior to scheduling our first full session. To schedule a consultation, send a message via the contact form below.

Payment

For a variety of reasons, I do not work with insurance companies; I operate through a direct-pay model that avoids all the trappings of the insurance system. Your insurance plan might include out-of-network reimbursement options, for which I can provide invoices.

• 60 minute sessions are $100
• 90 minute sessions are $140
• I also offer sliding scale options for those financially marginalized by our oppressive economic system. Please do not let the cost factor prevent you from getting the support you need! Just let me know you're interested in sliding scale options and we'll make it work.

Group Sessions and Workshops
